Department Logo Design
Commissioned by team leadership for promotional use, originally intended for team tee shirts. The hand-crafted illustration combines a gift box with a traditional desk, and the lettering conveys a playful, personal touch in a structured and professional interaction. This design was ultimately produced as keychains given out at a team building event, and was also adapted to adorn iced sugar cookies gifted to celebrate a successful collaboration between our team and the Home Buying Concierge team.
Greetabl Mug
This project was a collaboration with the company Greetabl, which sent beautifully packaged, thoughtfully crafted themed gifts directly to our customers. The Appreciation Desk team sought to include a VU-branded espresso mug with the pre-assembled coffee lovers gift, rather than choose a mass-produced design. I developed this design around the slogan “it’s good to be home” and the idea of enjoying a splash of espresso while you settle in and unpack. The illustrated icons on this mug are original work, rather than stock assets, to further convey our appreciation for their trust and collaboration with a playful, personal touch.
Homebuyers have access to the VU Gear Store where they could choose from a variety of subtly VU-branded swag, including tees. The above designs were just a few I created. They’re not explicitly Veterans United branded, but instead sport slogans that any homebuyer could be drawn to and feature a small, subtle Veterans United logo on the back.
